SISAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT:BY MAKING PURCHASE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU MAKING ANY PURCHASES. DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE THROUGH THIS SITE IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SITE.

OVERVIEW
We are the formulators, manufacturers, and /or distributors of Sisay Cosmetics products. With respect to the environment, we formulate our products with the best ingredients to serve the need of your hair and skin. We  believe that all hair is unique are aware of the fact that there is no “one jar fits all” product for all the curls we serve. Like human beings, hair is unique. We do not sell products for your hair, we offer solutions to your need. With our N.I.S.H. philosophy in mind, we make sure that we can offer you solutions within all the pillar.

PURCHASE ORDER
Sisay agrees to deliver product as described in the Purchase Order and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Purchase Order. No minimum order shall be imposed to the buyer.

PRICES AND TAXES
Prices specified in the applicable Purchase Order will be exclusive of GST and/or VAT unless provided otherwise on the Purchase Order. taxes, and all customs, duties or governmental impositions to be paid by the buyer will and cannot be specified by Sisay, since every country has other rules and regulations. All additional taxes and payments will be paid by the buyer 

PAYMENT TERMS AND INVOICES
As full consideration for the delivery of the product as provided herein, Buyer shall pay Sisay the amount specified in the applicable Purchase Order. Purchase Order shall be available upon checking out of the order. Sisay imposes “No Payment No Shipment” policy.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE
Sisay shall deliver the Product as specified in the applicable Purchase Order. Sisay shall package and ship all goods in accordance with such industry standards as may be applicable to ensure that the goods are received by Buyer in good condition compliance with the Purchase Order. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Some products posted herein are delivered digitally. “Digital Products” means any intangible digital product or service sold and delivered by Sisay in the form of a one-off or recurring subscription payment. All Digital Products available through this site are owned or controlled by us are protected by intellectual property rights. Any use of Digital Products purchased through this site are subject to the product license agreement. Upon payment of the price of the Digital Product we grant you a non exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Product with these terms of sale.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Information on this site may not be accurate, complete or current. The material on this website is provided for general information only and should be relied upon or used as a sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
Regardless of any statute or laws to the contrary, you must file any claim or cause of action arising out or related to the Website or your purchase shall within (1) one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. This section shall survive termination of this AGREEMENT.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is adjudged by a court to be void or unenforceable such provision shall no way affect any other provision of this Agreement, the application of the provision in any other circumstances or the validity or enforceability of this Agreement and such provision shall be curtailed and limited only to the extent necessary to bring it within legal requirement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between YOU and SISAY in relation to your purchase through this Site. No additional provisions are expressed nor implied. This AGREEMENT supersedes any all previous oral and/or written, express and/or implied agreements. By postings any materials, YOU HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT and ACCEPTS ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENTANTS AND RESTRICTIONS, and WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
